We offer international shipping through an official proxy service.

However, due to our shop's system, international customers cannot place items directly into the cart from the standard product pages. Please follow the steps below to place your order.

Step 1: Please send us a Direct Message (DM) on Instagram (@30_leather) and let us know which item(s) you would like to purchase.

Step 2: We will create a custom order page exclusively for you and send you the link.

Step 3: Access your custom page. A special proxy service cart button for international orders will automatically appear at the bottom of the screen. Click the button to complete your purchase. (Your delivery address and international shipping fees will be collected and calculated automatically within the proxy service's secure checkout.)

As each leather item is handcrafted to order, please allow approximately 2 weeks for production before we ship your item to the proxy service's warehouse in Japan.

Please note that additional time will be required for international transit from the proxy warehouse to your final destination.

・All international sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.

・Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

・All international payments, shipping operations, and customer support are handled by the proxy service. If you have any questions regarding your international shipment, please contact their customer support directly.
